New EU Report Published on Youth Cooperation (2010-2018)

OSCE Launches Youth Contact Groups Project in Ukraine

 The project aims to empower young people in Ukraine to become dialogue facilitators in their country. "We believe that empowering young people to develop and implement their own initiatives to address Ukraine’s issues at this difficult time can contribute to ending this heartbreaking conflict” said the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan.
